Assignment Manager provides centralized access to all delegated work assignments for the entire firm. Assignments are sorted in many views including By Delegator, By Assignee, By Due Date, By Type, By Priority, and more.
Assignments can be created from anywhere is the system and can be tied to entities, activities, projects, opportunities, and more. Assignments for an activity can be delegated to one or more firm members. Notifications are sent via email to the responsible firm members with a description of the action that is required and a link to the Activity. The MyFW (My FirmWorks) module, presents Assignments that are active and past due, or that require additional actions.
