Opportunity Manager, in conjunction with other FirmWorks™ modules, applies true sales force automation capabilities to accounting firm sales efforts. Opportunities are identified for both clients and prospective clients. Details about the prospective service are collected and responsibility for selling the job is assigned to firm members. As sales efforts are made, they are easily documented so that the efforts can be reviewed and supported by firm management. Opportunity Manager projects the impact on the sales of new services on firm income and resources. |
